Blacksburg Fork and Cork 2013 Fork & Cork '13 1. Mountain Rose Vineyards- Darby Blush - Chambourcin - Table Wine - $10.50 Awarded Silver at the 2008 Wines of the South -Winery Review:  "Luscious grape aromas are followed by strawberry flavors in this crisp,  semi-dry blush. The clean green apple candy finish makes this a perfect wine for sipping  or with a variety of foods" -My review:  1. very, very sweet 2. tastes like fruity candy 3. could be served as a desert 4. would paired well with light foods or maybe ice cream 5. crisp rose color 6. smells slightly sugary 2. Mountain Rose Vineyards-Sweet MountainRose - Niagara, Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc -  $9.75  -Winery Review: “Niagara-lite with nectarine and rose water!”  Aromas and flavors  abound in this foxy and youthful wine. This easy drinking dessert wine is held in check  with a zippy acidity.  - My review:  1. very clear, white wine 2. tart flavor 3. tastes with a little zing
