As a nurse it means to always do environmental checks with patients to watch out for possible
hazards in safety.
As a nurse I will always keep my eyes open and watching for possible hazard warnings and signs
of a breach in safety. I will always make sure my patient is safe and comfortable.
As a nurse it means to collaborate with other medical staff and the patient on what actions
need to be made to prevent harm.
I will speak with other medical staff to set safety goals and plans of safety, I will also educate
patient and family on what patient needs to do to remain safe in hospital, example using call
light and asking for help.
Make sure patient does not having hearing deficits
As a nurse it means to work together with other medical staff members on providing the best
care and creating the best care plan for patient.
I will communicate with other members of staff on needs of patient, I will ask other members
of staff if they need any assistance with their patients, help pass medications if nurses need
help with med pass, help changing and bathing patients. HELPING CNAS
As a nurse it means to give the best care to the patient that they can receive. Giving your
patients all of yourself and doing the best for them.
I will make sure that I am giving my best attitude to my patients and using my skills to the best
of my ability, and never trying to rush through anything, I will take my time with my patients
and give them the care they deserve.
