Fys Final Project Early thanksgiving morning we began to cook. About 8:30 am Stuffing We made the stuffing first, I chopped all the vegetables and browned the meat. Mixed all the ingredients in a large bowl. Plus chicken broth until it got to the right consistency. Bake for an hour at 350 degrees, let it cool in fridge before stuffing the turkey, after cooled add 1 ½ sticks of melted butter and more broth, then stuff the turkey with the stuffing. Approximate time is about 2 hours The Turkey Wash the turkey inside and out, take giblets out. Make and mix all the dry ingredients. We separated the skin form the breast meat and stuffed the dry ingredients into the space where we separated it. This makes the breast meat more flavorable. Then we took the stuffing that we made earlier and stuffed the turkey’s cavity with it. Rubbed olive oil salt and pepper on the turkey.
