Third Wine Dinner- Zeppoli's My third wine dinner theme at Zeppoli's was West Coast Wine Showcase. At this wine dinner pairing  we tried nine different wines: four whites and five reds.  Once again, Zeppoli's provided wonderful  food!  This time our food selection was bread with oil, manicotti, BBQ buns, cheese and crackers,  teriyaki chicken, roasted garlic flat bread, rice, and a Greek salad. Las t Wi ne Din ner at Ze ppo lis! This was just some of the food they provided that night!

We started off first with the white wines: Firesteed 2011 Pinot Gris, Lamplighter Chardonnay, The  White Knight Viognier, and Beringer 2011.  My favorite three wines from this group of white wines  were Firesteed 2011 Pinot Gris, The White Knight Viognier, and Beringer. Firesteed Pinot Gris First white wine!   Region: Oregon Country:  USA Variety:  Pinot Gris Year:  2011 Price:  $13.50 Winery Review:  Tropical aromas of kiwi and mango followed by flavors of perfectly ripe summer  melon and citrus. With each return to the glass, the flavors expand on the palate with increasing  complexity and texture. My Review:  On the nose, this wine reminded me of a combination between apples and melons.   When I tried this wine, it really surprised me because I actually enjoyed this Pinot Gris.  When I tried  it, it tasted sweet but was also dry but not too dry.  I tried this wine with the manicotti which really  brought out the apple flavor of this wine.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
