Part 1:Reflective Practice:Think about a negative incident that happened in your life. It could be failing a course, losing a game, having a fight, etc. What happened?I failed two courses in my first year of university. Why did it happen?I was immigrated to Canada and after one month I started the university. Education system here in Canada is totally different frommy home country. I was having no friends or family members here who can help me to better understand university life of Canada. I was feeling very lonely and struggling a lot without having any kind of mental or emotional support. When people were sayingwrong about my parents, I was mentally goingthrough a lot because of over thinking. What did I learn from it?I learnt that no situation is permanent in life. As time goes situation changes. It is hard to settle down in new country at beginning but as time goes everything will be fine and perfect. Moreover, If you are ready to work hard nothing is impossible to do. The main thing I learnt is Family matters the most.
