Others ...........................................................................................30% 8.11 Repairs on Buildings / Structures: 8.11.1 Categories I, II, and III a.) b.) Repairs costing up to P5,000.00.............................Exempted Repairs costing more than P5,000 shall be charged 1% of the estimated cost of repair. 8.11.2 Category IV: a.) b.)
