Social Psychology The study of the behavior, thoughts, and feelings of an individual or  interacting individuals and their relationships with larger social units  (family, education, mass media, etc.). The Behavioral Perpective (Psychology) An approach to social psychology proposing that our social behavior  can best be understood by focusing on directly observable behavior  and the environment (social surroundings) that causes our behavior to  change. Concerns itself with measurable physical responses to environmental  stimuli. Emphasizes that we can better understand people’s behavior if we
