3 Click OK and click the CDI Signature field.
4 Click OK when the API Install dialog box appears stating that the
install action is saved.
5 Click Verify Install.
6 Type the CDI Signature. On the Privilege Login, type your Login ID
and Password, and then click OK.
7 Click OK on the installation prompt.
8 Click OK on the API Install prompt.

A work order contains several tabs containing parts of a work order: Job
Status/Work Hours/TD, Failed/Required, Removed/Installed, Basic Work
Order Update, and CDI/QAR In Process Inspection. These tabs contain
fields to complete a contingency work order.
For procedures on completing a contingency work order, see
Contingency Processing (on page 469).
While on these tabs during work order processing, you can print (see
"Print Work Order" on page 492) or save (see "Save a Work Order" on
page 475) the work order. Save a Work Order
A work order can be saved when all the required fields are filled and all
required actions are completed for the selected process.
Go to the File menu and select Save or click Save. 476 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Table Maintenance (Work Order)
The Table Maintenance menu options enable you to add, update, or delete
database requirements for creating recurring work orders, work center,
IMC Recurring work orders, JCN serial numbers, Inspection Work
Center, and ALS Configuration.
Note: In a multi-organization environment, each activity is responsible
for updating the Table Maintenance requirements. Each activity must
select the appropriate organization from the Org listing. An activity can
update the requirements for another activity if authorization is granted.

This window enables you to add, modify, or delete recurring work order
codes and their descriptions in the database tables for aircraft, SE, ALSS,
MME, and Uninstalled Equipment. This type of work order is repetitive
in nature so that its documentation is preset to make it easier to initiate
and complete. To identify the inventory item a recurring work order
applies, the Assy Cd must be entered first because this table is accessible
from any VED.
Note: Recurring work orders for non-aeronautical equipment, such as
Local Manufacture, may be initiated only from the ALSS, SE, and MME
Additionally, the Assy Cd (ZAAA) must be entered in the Assy Cd box.
Only equipment in the OMA database will be available in the list boxes.
