The Individual Aircrew History Query window appears. 6 To query another aircrew, repeat step 3 and 4. 7 Click Print to print the record. 8 Click Close to return to the previous window. 116 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Crew Selection When you enter a name that exists more than once in the database in a Name field, the Crew Selection window appears. This window enables you to select the specific aircrew from the list of personnel with the same last name. Click the specific personnel name from the displayed list and click OK. Weapons History Query This window enables you to view existing weapons history records for a specific or all crewmembers and their associated flight documents. # To view existing weapons history records: 1 Open the Scheduler or Flight Document (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 On the Scheduler or Flight Document window, go to the Queries menu and select Weapons History. The Weapons History Query window appears. 3 To query specific crewmember, enter the name. If you type a name that exists more than once in the database, the Crew Selection (on page 116) list appears to enable you to select the specific name. 4 To query all crewmembers, enter ALL in the Crewmember's Last Name field. 5 Set the inclusion dates by using the or boxes or by doubleclicking the Start Date field to display the Calendar (on page 21). 6 Click OK. The system displays the total flight documents and the crewmember's related weapons data. 7 Click Close to return to the previous window. Generate Flight Reports The Reports menu on the Scheduler or Flight Document window enables you to generate flight-related reports. Note: In a multi-organization environment, an activity can generate flight-related reports for another activity if authorization is granted. For more information, see Maintain Personnel Organization Code Assignments. 1 Open the Flight Subsystem (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 Select Reports and the specific report from the menu. For procedures, see the applicable topic listed under "In This Section." Chapter 3 Flight Subsystem 117 Aircrew Flight The Flight Subsystem enables you to generate Aircrew Flight reports for specific, multiple, or all aircrew assigned to your ORG. 1 Open the Scheduler or Flight Document (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 On the Scheduler or Flight Document window, go to the Reports menu and select Aircrew Flight.
