Click next to the aircrew name under the Ordn Codes header. ! Follow procedures on the Multi-Select - Ordnance Code List (on page 77) selection box. 5 Click Finish to validate and save all the selections. 6 If no training codes, training area, or ordnance codes are required, click Finish. For more information, see Delete a Flight Event (on page 70). Multi-Select - Training Code List This selection box appears when you are on the Scheduler Aircrew window and enables you to assign or remove training codes on the aircrew for a scheduled flight. It displays the following buttons: Add All and Remove All. 1 To add training codes to the aircrew, click the specific training codes on the left or click Add All. Note: For easier and faster selection of code, use the Find Key field to search for a specific code by typing in the letters or numbers of the code to locate in the listing accordingly. 2 Click OK. -orTo remove training codes, click the specific training codes on the right or click Remove All. Multi-Select - Ordnance Code List This selection box appears when you are on the Scheduler Aircrew window and enables you to assign or remove weapon proficiency ordnance codes on a selected aircrew. It displays the following buttons: Add All and Remove All. Flight Document The Flight Document window is the default window when you access Flight Subsystem as an aircrew with a personnel type assignment of A. The Flight Document window (also known as NAVFLIR form utilized in NALCOMIS OMA Legacy) contains tabs, toolbars, and red and green dots on boxes or rows. Green indicates that the box or row contains valid entries. Red indicates that the box or row is mandatory. Once the box or row is filled with valid entries, the red dot turns green. ! If you are not currently scheduled to fly, the Scheduled Flight Selection (on page 85) dialog box appears. ! If you are scheduled to fly, the Scheduled Flight Selection for this User (on page 84) dialog box appears with a list of all flight events associated with you.
