Multi-Select - ORG Code List This selection window appears when you click Add/Remove ORG on the Personnel - Organization Code window. It displays the organizations that are available for the multi-Org environment and the user's permanently assigned organization For procedures, see the following topics: ! Remove an Organization from a User (on page 518) Maintain Personnel SMQ Assignments The Personnel - SMQ/WC tab enables you to assign or remove SMQs or work center assignments for personnel. For procedures, see the applicable topic listed under "In This Section." Assign SMQs to a User 1 Open the user account. For procedures, see Open a User Account (on page 515). 2 Click the SMQ/WC tab and click Add/Remove SMQ. 3 The Multi-Select - SMQ Code List dialog box appears with a window that displays the SMQ Code(s) and their descriptions. The dialog box contains four command codes: OK, Apply, Cancel, and Help. 4 The SMQ of FLTPR appears as the default. FLTPR allows a user to view reports and queries throughout the system. The SA or any other authorized personnel must replace FLTPR with SMQs corresponding to the individual's billet assignment. Chapter 7 Personnel Subsystem 519 5 In a multi-organization environment, select the organization and choose the appropriate SMQs to assign to the specific person. To assign an SMQ to a person who is authorized to perform specific task(s) in different organizations, click Apply. To assign all SMQs to a user, click Add All. 6 Click OK. The changes are now reflected on the selected personnel record. Note: When you click Add All, the SMQ "FLTPR" will not be added. The SMQs "FLTPR" and "SMQ" cannot be assigned together. Remove SMQs from a User 1 Open the user account. For procedures, see Open a User Account (on page 515). 2 Click the SMQ/WC tab and click Add/Remove SMQ. 3 Click the specific SMQs to remove them from the To box and move them to the From box. 4 To remove all SMQs from a user, click Remove All. The Clicked prompt box appears when you attempt to remove the last SMQ. The box informs you that a person must have at least one SMQ assigned 'to exist in the database'. 5 Click OK. The changes are now reflected on the user account. Multi-Select - SMQ Code List This selection window appears when you click Add/Remove SMQ on the Personnel - SMQ/WC window. In a multi-organization environment, you can assign SMQs to a user who is assigned to different organizations continuously by adding the specific SMQ while on the selected Org Code and then clicking Apply.
