code is retrieved by syllabus codes if they exist in the database;
otherwise, they are retrieved by TEC.
1 On the Flight Document - Flight Hours tab, click Trng. 2 Go to the Actions menu, choose Add, then Flight Hours, and select
-orRight-click the Training Code box, choose Add, then Flight Hours,
and select Training Code

Note: If the aircrew's syllabus code does not match the Flight
Document TEC, a training code prompt box appears telling the user
that 'No training codes retrieved, but restoring
by TEC only.'
4 To add another row of training code data, repeat steps 1 and 2.
5 Click the next tab to continue, or click Save to update the training
Add/Update Aircrew Flight Hours Data
1 On the Flight Document - Flight Hours tab, the cursor defaults to the
FPT field for a single crew flight, however, for multiple crews, select
the aircrew by moving the pointer to the applicable one. Chapter 3 Flight Subsystem 105 2 Update the following fields as necessary: FPT, CPT, SCT, ACT,
SIM, and NIGHT.
Note: The total flight hours established from the departure and
arrival times cannot be exceeded during the update mode of the
Delete Flight Hours, Landing, Approach or Training Codes
1 On the Flight Document - Flight Hours tab, click the row of
information you want to delete, go to the Actions menu, choose
Delete, and select Landing Data/Approach Data or Training Code
2 You can also right-click the row of data you want to delete and
choose Delete, and select Landing Data/Approach Data or
Training Code Data.
3 Respond to the Delete Record response box accordingly. Flight Document - Flight Legs
This tab enables you to add, update, or delete departure and arrival data
for one or more flight legs. It also enables you to add the optional
configuration associated with the flight legs.
This tab displays partially filled Departure and Arrival fields and two
buttons: Leg and Config. For procedures, refer to "In This Section."
Add/Update Flight Leg Data
1 On the Flight Document - Flight Legs tab, enter the departure and
