The system redisplays the Material Control - Material Requisition Query window with data for the selected DDSN/MCN/JCN combination. 5 To view another historical requisition record, repeat steps 2 to 4. PEB Inventory This window enables you to obtain the PEB (Pre-Expended Bin) inventory for the NIIN (National Item Identification Number) or Part Number you identify. 1 Open the Material Selection Menu (see "How to Access Material Control Subsystem" on page 495). 2 On the Material Selection Menu, click PEB Inventory from the IMA Queries group list and click OK. 3 Type the Part Number or NIIN. 4 Go to the Actions menu and select Retrieve or click Retrieve. The system displays the PEB inventory. OMA/IOU Turn-In Notice This window enables you to identify the IOU status information to be displayed. The resulting screen lists the IOU status on one or more of the following as selected: FGC, NIIN, and CAGE/Part Number of valid ORG code data. 1 Open the Material Selection Menu (see "How to Access Material Control Subsystem" on page 495). 2 On the Material Selection Menu, click OMA/IOU Turn-In Notice in the Print group list and click OK. 3 Type the JCN, MCN, Repair MCN, or T/I MCN and click OK. ! If the JCN does not have a turn-in requirement, it is not identified and this option will not work. ! If the entered JCN or MCN is acceptable, a print prompt appears. 4 Select print options, then click OK or press Enter. The system prints the notice. Historical Requisition Query This query enables you to view in detail a completed Material Control Register with Complete status. 1 Open the Material Selection Menu (see "How to Access Material Control Subsystem" on page 495). Chapter 6 Material Control Subsystem 509 2 On the Material Selection Menu, click Historical Requisition from the OMA Queries/Reports group list and click OK. 3 Select a DDSN from the list. The Historical Requisition Query window appears with the detailed Material Control Register in complete status. 4 Select print options, then click OK or press Enter. The system prints the notice. 511 CHAPTER 7 Personnel Subsystem In This Chapter Personnel Subsystem Description ......................................511 Personnel Subsystem Description This subsystem enables authorized users to access personnel information, SMQ, and task tables; add or remove personnel from the database; and assign or remove ORGs, SMQs and work center assignments for personnel. It also provides the capability to view crew data, and time and landing history for aircrew personnel. Note: In a multi-organizational environment, you can select and perform tasks for any ORG from the ORG list provided that you have been added to that ORG and have the specific SMQs to perform those tasks. Otherwise, the ORG field will display only your organization code and you will be able to perform tasks for only your ORG.
