Note 2: To meet your activity's requirement to include flight events
that do not have known scheduled times (Brief, Departure, and
Arrival), you must leave them blank to reflect a status of TBD (on
page 543) on the Schedule Report. The time used behind the scene is
0000, which means blank.
5 Modify the departure and arrival dates if the dates are not the current
date or double-click the Date box to display the Calendar (on page
! To select the dates, click the dates on the calendar to add them to
the corresponding boxes. ! To select the time, click the time using the sliders on the Hours
and Minutes to add them to the corresponding Depart Date/Time
and Arrive Date/Time boxes. Note that the valid times are 0001 2359. 6 Before selecting aircraft, click Msn Ready Aircraft and Up Aircraft
to view the suitable aircraft list.
7 Enter the Modex, TEC, Serno, and TMS if known, or leave them
blank. If the schedule is for a simulator event, enter TTT in the Modex
box to open the TEC, Serno, and TMS boxes or select the appropriate
simulator from the list.
8 Enter the Altitude, Fuel, and Remarks if known, or leave them blank.
9 Click the mandatory TMR Msns button
to display the MultiSelect TMR Code List (see "Multi-Select - TMR Code List" on page
75) window. Choose the applicable mission codes.
10 To view the readiness of the selected aircraft, click Check
11 To display the Scheduler Aircrew window, click Back.
12 To continue, click Next. Mission Ready Aircraft
This selection box enables you to select available aircraft for the TMR
mission codes entered on the Scheduler Aircraft window.
! To select the aircraft, click the Modex and click OK. ! To print the list, click Print List. Up Aircraft
This selection box enables you to select aircraft in an Up status for the
flight being scheduled on the Scheduler Aircraft window.
! To select the aircraft, click the Modex and click OK. ! To print the list, click Print List. Chapter 3 Flight Subsystem 75 Check Readiness for Aircraft
This window enables you to print the readiness condition of the selected
aircraft for a scheduled flight when you are in the Scheduler Aircraft
window. It reflects the WUC/UNSs covered by the mission codes
assigned to the flight event. It also shows the "holes" where components
had been removed and need replacements.
! To print the report, click Print. ! To return to the previous window, click Close. Multi-Select - TMR Code List
This selection box appears when you are on the Scheduler Aircrew
window and enables you to choose TMRs for a scheduled flight.
The following buttons are available:
Add All Adds all the TMR codes
to the scheduled flight. Remove All Removes all the TMR
codes from the
scheduled flight. 1 Click the TMR Code on the left side to add to the right side.
