For multiple TDs, click the first applicable TD, press the Ctrl key, select the rest of the TDs, and then click Initiate. 2 Respond to the Print prompt accordingly. 3 Click Clear to start a new query and initiate new work orders. 4 Click Close to return to the previous window. TD Initiation - Uninstalled Equipment The TD Initiation option on the Uninstalled Equipment VED Initiate submenu enables you to issue multiple TDs against a selected Uninstalled Equipment Assembly Code, Serno, and for a specific work center. It contains three command buttons: Retrieve Displays all related data requested. Clear Clears the fields to enter new data Initiate Issues and documents work orders. Assy Cd is considered as the highest or parent inventory item. 3 Click Retrieve. 4 Enter specific TD Code and Basic No. and click Retrieve; otherwise, leave them blank to select all TDs applicable to the equipment. For Assembly: 1 Enter the Assy Cd. 2 Select Assembly from the Inventory Type options. 3 Select the assembly Assy Cd from the list. Assy Cd is the next higher or child inventory item. 4 Click Retrieve. 5 Enter specific TD Code and Basic No. and click Retrieve; otherwise, leave them blank to select all TDs applicable to the assembly. For Component: 1 Enter the Assy Cd. 2 Select Component from the Inventory Type options. 3 Select the component Assy Cd from the list. Assy Cd is the next higher or child inventory item. 4 Click Retrieve. 5 Enter specific TD Code and Basic No. and click Retrieve; otherwise, leave them blank to select all TDs applicable to the assembly.
