Common utilities and functions (Sort, Filter, Print, E-mail, Save as File) are available. For procedures, see Common Utilities and Functions in Explorers and Catalogs (on page 129). 1 To view the pages, click the arrows or move the scroll bar on the right side of the report. 2 Click Close to return to the CM Report Generator window. For procedures on generating this report, see Special/Conditional Inspection (on page 336). Support Equipment Inventory The Support Equipment Inventory selection on the CM Report Generator enables you to generate a report regarding all or specific support equipment inventory. 1 Open the CM Report Generator window (see "How to Access the CM Report Generator" on page 318). 2 On the CM Report Generator window, select Inventory on the upper left block. 3 Select Support Equipment Inventory from the lower list. 4 Enter the Assy Cd and Serno, or leave both to select all. 5 Select Screen or Printer in the Send Report To box. Chapter 4 Configuration Management and Logs & Records Subsystem 337 6 Click Submit to generate the report. 7 Click Reset to enter new criteria for a similar report. 8 Click Cancel to exit the process. Support Equipment Inventory Report The Support Equipment Inventory Report displays all or specific support equipment that exist in the database. Common utilities and functions (Sort, Filter, Print, E-mail, Save as File) are available. Technical Directive Summary The Technical Directive Summary selection on the CM Report Generator enables you to generate a report listing of completed and outstanding TDs by Organizational code. 1 Open the CM Report Generator window (see "How to Access the CM Report Generator" on page 318). 2 On the CM Report Generator window, select Tasking on the upper left block. 3 Select Technical Directive Summary from the lower list. 4 Enter the ORG. 5 Select Screen or Printer in the Send Report To box. 6 Click Submit to generate the report. 7 Click Reset to enter new criteria for a similar report. 8 Click Cancel to exit the process. Technical Directive Summary Report The Technical Directive Summary Report displays a listing of completed and outstanding TDs by organizational code. The report provides the TD code and TD basic numbers. Common utilities and functions (Sort, Filter, Print, E-mail, Save as File) are available.
