The Recurring Work Order window appears. 3 In the Assy Cd box, select the applicable code. 4 In the WUC/UNS box, click the arrow and the WUC/UNS Selection window appears. Select the applicable WUC/UNS. Click Select WUC/UNS. 5 In the Action Taken box and the Malfunction codes box, select the applicable code and click Save. Chapter 5 Maintenance Subsystem 477 6 Go the Actions menu and select Create Recurring WO or click the Create Recurring WO button . The Recurring Work Order window appears showing additional boxes. 7 In the Discrepancy box and Corrective Action box, enter the applicable information. In the Type WO box, select the applicable code. The other boxes become available. 8 Press Tab and select the applicable data in the other boxes, click Save, and then click OK when the Save prompt appears. For more information, see WUC/UNS Selection (on page 350). Create a Recurring Work Order from an Existing Record This option enables you to create a new recurring work order from an existing one. You can use the preset codes or modify them for proper documentation. 1 Open the specific VED (see "Open a VED" on page 342). 2 Go to the Table Maintenance menu and select Recurring. 3 On the Recurring Work Order window, go to the Actions menu and select Create from Existing WO, or click the Create Recurring WO from Existing WO button . The system displays all recurring work orders that exist in the database if the Assembly Code field is blank. 4 Use Sort (on page 139) to arrange the list based on the selection criteria. 5 Select the recurring work order to create and click the Create New Recurring Work Order button . The system displays the existing recurring work order with modifiable data fields. 6 Use the drop-down list on these fields to select the appropriate data. If the Discrepancy and/or Corrective Action fields require updating, highlight the existing data and type in the new discrepancy and corrective action. 7 Click Save to save the work order and click OK when the Save prompt appears. Find a Recurring Work Order This option enables you to locate and modify a recurring work order in the database. 1 Open the specific VED (see "Open a VED" on page 342). 2 Go to the Table Maintenance menu and select Recurring. 478 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA 3 Go to the Actions menu and select Find Recurring WO or click Find Recurring WO . The Recurring Work Order window appears listing all work orders that exist in the database. 4 Choose the specific work order to modify and go to the Actions menu and select Edit Recurring WO or click Edit Existing Recurring Work Order . The Recurring Work Order window reappears with all fields prefilled except the Assy Cd, Action Taken, and Malfunction Code. 5 Modify the required fields, click Save, and then click OK when the Save prompt appears.
