See Start and End Dates (on page 23). 7 Check Screen, Printer, or both in the Report To box. 8 Select Aircraft, Simulator, or Both in the Selection list. 9 Click OK. The system generates the NALCOMIS OMA Aircraft Flight Summary Report. Aircraft Flight Summary Report This report reflects the total flight activity data of a specific or all aircraft with the same TEC. It also summarizes the grand total for all aircraft even if the report is for specific aircraft. The sort is by TEC and aircraft serial number. 1 Use the scroll page buttons to select an option from the Page menu to view the pages. See Scroll Page Tips (on page 23). 2 Click Print to print the report. 3 To generate another Aircraft Flight Summary Report, click the . Follow procedures described in Report Selection button Aircraft Flight Summary (on page 122). 4 Click Close to return to the previous window. Chapter 3 Flight Subsystem 123 Individual Master Roster The Flight Subsystem enables you to generate the Individual Master Roster report for a specific, multiple or all aircrew depending upon their assignment status to the activity. The window consists of the aircrew names and SSNs and a status selection box with the following assignment status selections: Active Displays the number of aircrew considered as actively performing flight activity. Staff Displays the number of aircrew considered as "CVW Staff" with the exception code of "S." Visitor Displays the number of aircrew not assigned to your activity with the exception code of "E." 1 Open the Scheduler or Flight Document (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 On the Scheduler or Flight Document window, go to the Reports menu and select Individual Master Roster. 3 Under Selection, select the type aircrew. 4 To generate the report for specific aircrew, click the individual name on the aircrew list, and then click OK. 5 To generate the report for multiple aircrew, press the Ctrl key, click each Name/SSN, and then click OK. 6 To generate the report for all aircrew, skip the selection and click OK. 7 In the Report To box, select Screen or Printer, or select both. 8 Click OK. The system generates the Individual Master Roster Report. Individual Master Roster Report This report displays information on aircrew assignment status, qualification dates relative to flight requirements, and other codes that identify the aircrew's expertise. This report is sorted by name in alphabetical order. 1 Use the scroll page buttons to select an option from the Page menu to view the pages.
