Reference Term Editor Authorized personnel in the Integrated Data Environment (IDE) must use the Reference Term Editor to update the various tables in the system's database. These users have the capability to view, create, update, or delete reference terms. Note: At the foundation tier (OMA, IMA, or Depot level), the system allows you to only view the reference tables. 316 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Maintenance Plan Catalog The Maintenance Plan Catalog enables authorized personnel to create, view or modify, or delete PMRM (Periodic Maintenance Requirement Manual) information associated with the tasks established in the baseline. The catalog lists all manuals, particularly those PMIC and MRC requirements for scheduled and conditional inspections. Note: At the foundation tier (OMA, IMA, or Depot level), the system allows you to only view the requirements. For procedures, see the applicable topic listed under "In This Section." How to Access the Maintenance Plan Catalog On the NALCOMIS OMA window: 1 Click Configuration Management and Logs & Records . -orGo to the File menu, choose Open, and select Configuration Management. 2 Click Maintenance Plan Catalog . -orGo to the File menu, choose Open, and select Maintenance Plan Catalog. Maintenance Plan Catalog - Window Description The Maintenance Plan Catalog window is divided into two areas: the left side contains the list of maintenance plans and the right side displays the details for the highlighted maintenance plan on the left. Task options are available from the main toolbar and by selecting options from a shortcut menu that appears when you right-click an item on the left side. Toolbar Buttons and Menu Options - Maintenance Plan Catalog The Maintenance Plan Catalog displays the following toolbars buttons: Toolbar Button/Menu Option Action Edit>Maintenance Plan Properties Displays an existing maintenance plan. Edit>Create Maintenance Plan Displays the PMIC window to create a new maintenance plan. Edit>Delete Maintenance Plan Maintenance Plan Catalog - Procedures The Maintenance Plan Catalog enables you to create, modify, or delete maintenance plan documents.
