Select an Historical Document by Specific Modex/Name This dialog box enables you to update a flight document for specific aircraft or aircrew that has been completed and approved. This update process keeps the aircrew and some aircraft data that do not affect aircraft utilization (usages). 1 Enter the Modex or aircrew name and click OK. 2 Double-click the specific flight document to select it. Follow procedures described in Modify a Historical Flight Document (on page 94). Select any Historical Flight Document This dialog box enables you to update a completed and approved flight document. You can update only the highlighted fields. Double-click the specific flight document to select it. Follow procedures described in Modify a Historical Flight Document (on page 94). Select an Historical Away/Simulator Flight Document This dialog box enables you to update a historical flight involving away from home situation or simulator training. Double-click the specific flight document to select it. Follow procedures described in Modify a Historical Flight Document (on page 94). Select An Historical Flight Document - Enter Document Number This dialog box enables you to enter a document number of a flight document to be updated. You can update all types of flight activity (normal, other activity, and simulator). 1 Type the document number and click OK. 2 Follow procedures described in Modify a Historical Flight Document (on page 94). 96 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Query a Flight Document The Flight Query process enables you to view any existing flight document (current or historical) by entering or selecting data on selection windows. Flight documents cannot be modified when accessed through Flight Query. 1 Open Flight Document (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 On the Scheduled Flight Selection dialog box, click OK. 3 On the Flight Document window, click the down arrow on this button and select an option, or go to the Actions menu and select Flight Query.
