The Inventory Properties option on the Inventory Explorer enables you to
view or modify the attributes of an inventory item. The Oil Consumption
Indicator is selected if you want to track the oil consumption. # To view or modify the attributes of an inventory item:
1 Open the Inventory Explorer (see "How to Access the Inventory
Explorer" on page 193). 2 Select the applicable inventory item.
3 Click the Inventory Properties button . -orRight-click the inventory item and select Inventory Properties.
-orGo to the Edit menu and select Inventory Properties.
The Inventory [ ] window appears with prefilled boxes. # To set the Oil Consumption Indicator for an inventory item:
1 Click the Oil Consumption sub tab.
The Oil Consumption data box appears with the Oil Consumption
Indicator option selected and the Max oil consumption box selected. 2 In the Max Oil Consumption box, enter the applicable information.
3 Click Apply and then OK.
4 Enter changes in the boxes in each tab as needed and click OK.

The Delete Inventory option on the Inventory Explorer enables you to
delete an inventory (aircraft, equipment, or component) provided that the
requirements are completed prior to deletion.
Note 1: Item should be located in the PRIMARY selection group.
Note 2: Deleting an aircraft requires that all work orders related to
cannibalization actions be cleared first, logsets signed off, and all other
work orders closed out.
Note 3: Deleting an installed component requires that it be relocated to
the PRIMARY selection group first using the Relocate To option or the
drag and drop (on page 21) method.
