Clear Clears the fields for entering new criteria selection. Detail Displays detailed information on the selected work order. Sort By Displays the Sort window. For an overview of how to access Historical Work Order Query, see Query Work Orders (on page 346). 1 To view all historical work orders: 440 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA ! Click Clear. ! Leave all data fields blank. ! Click Retrieve. 2 To view specific historical work orders: ! Click Clear. ! Enter or select data from the list for each data field selected. The more data that you enter in the fields results in a more precise query. ! Click Retrieve. 3 To view work orders completed by other organizations: ! Click Clear. ! Enter or select MODEX from the list. ! Click Retrieve. The system displays a list of work orders based on the selection criteria above. 4 For a multi-organization environment, select the appropriate ORG prior to retrieving the work orders. 5 Click Sort By to appropriately display the work orders based on the applicable arrangement. 6 For multiple work order selections, click the Ctrl key, select the work orders, and then click Detail. 7 Once you select the multiple work orders, use the drop-down list to view the next work order by selecting the MCN and JCN. 8 Click Close to return to the VED. Work Order History - Basic Work Order This window displays the details on a historical work order that are related to Repair. For an overview, see Historical Work Order Query (on page 439). Work Order History - Job Status/Worker Hours/TD This window displays details on a historical work order that are related to job status, worker and worker hours, and Technical directives. Work Order History - Failed/Required This window displays details on a historical work order that are related to failed and required components. For an overview, see Historical Work Order Query (on page 439). Chapter 5 Maintenance Subsystem 441 Work Order History - Removed/Installed This window displays details on a historical work order that are related to removed and installed items. For an overview, see Historical Work Order Query (on page 439). Work Order History - CDI/QAR Inspections This window displays details on a historical work order that are related to CDI/QAR sign-off. For an overview, see Historical Work Order Query (on page 439). Initiate Work Order When you initiate a work order against an aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or non-aeronautical item (ZAAA assembly code), you must first select the type to initiate: Recurring, IMC Recurring, Unscheduled, Inspections/Removals, TD Initiation, Fix Phase, One Time Inspection, Duplicate Work Order Initiation, Contingency, or Higher Authority Cannibalization.
