IW Displays the Active Work Order Query window with the list of work orders with IW status. AWM Displays the Active Work Order Query with the list of work orders with AWM requirements. AWP Displays the Active Work Order Query window with the list of work orders with AWP requirements. CDI Displays the active work orders awaiting CDI sign-off. Chapter 5 Maintenance Subsystem 419 Active Work Order Query This window displays a list of retrieved work orders against a selected aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME item selected from a VED window. Work orders listed on this window already have assigned MCNs and JCNs. The Active Work Order Query window enables you to select work orders to view, update, order material, and assign aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME for cannibalization authority; or to complete. Depending on your assigned SMQ, you may also authorize cannibalization to a certain work order when necessary. The Cannibalize Auth option enables you authorize a cannibalization action, which attaches the special Cannibalization Authorize icon order. to the work The upper window displays related data for the selected aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME item. With the exception of the ORG, you can clear the fields and select criteria to retrieve specific work orders. The lower window lists the work orders for the selected aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME. As in Aircraft VED, the Uninstalled Equipment VED, Support Equipment VED, ALSS VED, and Mission Mounted Equipment VED entries are color-coded to easily identify their status. ! Red means the aircraft is not mission capable (NMC). ! Blue means the aircraft is partially mission capable (PMC). This status is not applicable for Uninstalled Equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME. ! Black means the aircraft is full mission capable (FMC). The following box and command buttons are available: U/D/P Selects work orders by aircraft status (Up, Down, Partial, Other, or All) for display. Retrieve Displays work orders on criteria selected on the upper window. Clear Clears the criteria fields to select new criteria. Sort By Displays the Sort window to enable you to sort the columns. For procedures, see Sort (on page 139).
