The Run Selection criterion establishes whether the report is for aircraft or equipment (non-aircraft). 1 Open the Aircraft VED (see "Open a VED" on page 342). 2 Right-click the Modex and go to the Reports menu and select Aircraft/Equipment Workload. 3 For aircraft, enter Modex, Work Center, Job Status, and Maint Level. 4 For SE, ALSS or MME, enter the Assy Cd, Work Center, Job Status, and Maint Level. 5 Under Run Selection, select an option. ! All Acft Work Orders - For workload on all aircraft and specific work centers. This is the default. ! All Non-Acft Work Orders - For workload on all SE, ALSS, or MME and specific or all work centers. ! For Assy Cd Selected - For workload on specifically selected Assy Cd. This option is preselected whenever an Assy Cd is entered. 6 Under Status, select Up, Down, Partial, or All. ! Up - Includes only work orders in Up status. ! Down - Includes only work orders in Down status. ! Partial - Includes only work orders that partially impaired the aircraft mission. ! All - Includes all work orders in Up, Partial, and Down status. 7 Select Screen or Printer, or select both in the Report To box. 406 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA 8 Click OK to generate the NALCOMIS OMA AIrcraft/Equipment Workload Report. 9 If you click Cancel, the system returns to the VED. Aircraft/Equipment Workload Report This report reflects all outstanding work orders generated against aircraft or non-aircraft items (for example: engine, propeller, support, or aviation ALSS). The Run Selection criterion establishes whether the report is for aircraft or equipment (non-aircraft). ! To view pages of the report, click the arrow buttons on top of the display. ! To generate another Aircraft/Equipment Workload Report, click the and follow the procedures described in Report Selection button Aircraft/Equipment Workload (on page 405). ! Click Close to return to the VED. Inspections by Assy Cd The Inspection by Assy Cd Report can be generated from any VED except the Uninstalled Equipment. The Inspections by Assy Cd dialog box enables you to generate a list of inspections that have been established for a specific aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME Assy Cd. This window appears when you right-click an item, choose Reports, and select Inspections by Assy Cd on a VED. 1 Open the specific VED (see "Open a VED" on page 342). 2 Right-click the Modex or equipment, choose Reports, and select Inspections by Assy Cd. 3 Select Screen or Printer, or select both in the Report To box. 4 Click OK to generate the NALCOMIS OMA Inspections By Assy Cd Report. 5 If you click Cancel, the system returns to the VED. Inspections by Assy Cd Report This report reflects all types of inspections applicable to a specific aircraft, SE, ALSS, or MME Assy Cd.
