The XRAY Explorer window is refreshed and the COL XRAY has been saved for all selected aircraft. Create XRAY Change of Location This dialog box enables you to verify and change the Change of Location XRAY as needed. For procedures, see Create a Change of Location XRAY Report (on page 311). Create COL XRAY This dialog box enables you to begin a COL transaction. The Action Date/Time field is prefilled with the current date/time as the default and is modifiable. For procedures, see Create a Change of Location XRAY Report (on page 311). Create COL Part I The dialog box enables you to enter necessary information to your activity's operational status, fleet assignment, and location data as determined by your Controlling Custodian. It contains an Org Code field, which is used when multiple organizations exist in the database. You have to select your organization from the list in order to perform this process correctly. For procedures, see Create a Change of Location XRAY Report (on page 311). Create COL XRAY Aircraft Selection The dialog box enables you to select or remove a specific or all aircraft serial numbers for a COL report. For procedures, see Create a Change of Location XRAY Report (on page 311). COL XRAY Create This dialog box enables you to change as necessary the operational status category code, fleet assignment code, and location sites for a COL XRAY report. For procedures, see Create a Change of Location XRAY Report (on page 311). Chapter 4 Configuration Management and Logs & Records Subsystem 313 Create Change of Location XRAY This dialog box enables you to view serial numbers for a specific or all aircraft involved in the COL report to ensure that all relevant information are correct before submission. 1 Use the scroll bar on the right side of the window to view the information for each aircraft. 2 Click OK. For procedures, see Create a Change of Location XRAY Report (on page 311). Update Change of Location XRAY Report The Update COL XRAY option on the XRAY Explorer window enables you to update an existing COL report. Note: You can modify COL XRAY reports within a period of 45 days from the date/time of creation. COL XRAYs are locked if a change is made to the XRAY. If no corrections are done, each XRAY report is locked after 45 days and the Update Indicator field located at the bottom of the report displays LOCKED to prevent users from making additional changes to the respective COL XRAY report. 1 Open the XRAY Explorer (see "How to Access the XRAY Explorer" on page 306). 2 On the XRAY Explorer window, click or double-click the aircraft serial number and select a COL XRAY which is identified by Action Date, Action Code, Status, and 0 transaction number. 3 Right-click a COL XRAY or click the Update COL XRAY button .
