Worker Sign Off Allows completion and addition of worker's signature on the MRC Completion. 346 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA VED Search The VED Search dialog box appears when you click on the toolbar. It enables you to locate specific aircraft on the Aircraft VED or specific equipment on the Support Equipment, ALSS, Mission Mounted Equipment, or Uninstalled Equipment VEDs. 1 On the VED window, click . The VED Search dialog box appears. 2 If you are on the Aircraft VED, select Entity (Modex or BUNO) and type the entity value. -orIf you are on the Support Equipment, ALSS, Mission Mounted Equipment, or Uninstalled Equipment VED, select Entity (Serial Number or Assembly Code), and then type the entity value. 3 Click OK. The system highlights the selected item on the VED. Query Work Orders The system enables you to query active or historical work orders from any of the VEDs: Active work orders are those maintenance actions that contribute to the status on current aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME. Historical work orders are those maintenance actions that were completed and became part of the history files. # To list active work orders 1 Open the specific VED (see "Open a VED" on page 342). 2 On the VED, double-click the aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME item. -orRight-click the VED, choose Queries, and select Active Work Order. The system displays the Active Work Order Query window with the list of active work orders against the selected VED item. For procedures, see Active Work Order Query (on page 419). # To list historical work orders 1 Open the specific VED (see "Open a VED" on page 342). 2 On the VED, right-click the aircraft, uninstalled equipment, SE, ALSS, or MME item, choose Queries, and select Historical Work Order.
