Modify Task Plan Definition Properties The Assembly Catalog Task Plan Definition tab displays the Task Plans for a selected assembly. Task plan steps are displayed for the selected task plan. The tab enables you to modify the selected task plan. 1 Open the Assembly Catalog (see "How to Access the Assembly Catalog" on page 247). 2 Select the specific assembly on the left side and click the Task Plan Definition tab. 3 On the Task Plan Definition tab, right-click the specific task plan definition to modify and select Task Plan Definition Properties, or click the task plan in the upper area and click the Task Plan Definition Properties button . 4 You can also select the task plan in the upper area and click the applicable toolbar button in the lower area. The Task Plan Definition dialog box appears. To continue, see Task Plan Definition (on page 260). 260 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Task Plan Definition This dialog box appears as part of the process when you create, view or modify, or duplicate task plans for a selected assembly item in the Assembly Catalog. It displays the Detail and Description tabs. The Detail tab consists of the task plan definition details in the upper block and the associated Plan Steps list in the lower block. The following tabs, options, and command buttons are available: Detail Establish or modify the name of the Task Plan, the assembly the Task Plan is for, and the current status of the Task Plan (active or closed). Establish or modify the Task Plan Steps associated with the task plan. Description Enter or modify narrative information about the task plan and its steps. Recurring Assign the type of task plan as recurring. Auto-create Assign the type of task plan as auto-create. Display plan step properties. Create a new plan step. Duplicate a plan step. Delete a plan step. Move cursor to top row. Move cursor one row up. Move cursor one row down. Move cursor to bottom row. Modify the fields in the Details block as needed. 1 To modify plan steps, click the specific plan step in the lower area of the dialog box. 2 Use the arrows to move the cursor within the listing. 3 Click the applicable toolbar button to perform tasks.
