Unformatted text preview: ollow the procedures for Requisitions Not Transmitted in Material Control Register (on page 498) to update or delete requisition. 6 Click Close to return to the Requisition Status list. 500 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Material Requirement Turn-In This window enables you to transmit to IMA for processing a DDSN assigned to a requirement. 1 Open the Material Selection Menu (see "How to Access Material Control Subsystem" on page 495). 2 On the Material Selection Menu, click Material Requirement TurnIn from the Material Update group list and click OK. 3 Enter the Turn-In DDSN, Turn-In MCN, or Repair MCN. The system opens the fields including the Removed Item and Discrepancy box. 4 To transmit the requirement to IMA, enter applicable data, then go to the Actions menu and select Transmit to IMA or click the Transmit to IMA button . The requirement then gets processed through the IMA/OMA Interface Management. 5 To delete unwanted Turn-In DDSNs, go to the Actions menu and select Delete or click the Delete button . 6 Respond to the Delete prompt accordingly. 7 To select another requirement for transmission to IMA, click the New/Clear button and repeat steps 3 and 4. IMA DDSN/BUNO Swap This window enables you to swap the DDSN/BUNO information on a requisition. 1 Open the Material Selection Menu (see "How to Access Material Control Subsystem" on page 495). 2 On the Material Selection Menu, click IMA DDSN/BUNO Swap from the Material Update group list and click OK. 3 Type the DDSN of the requisition to be transferred. 4 Go to the Actions menu and select Retrieve or click the Retrieve Data button . The system displays the current ORG Code and BUNO assigned to the requisition and enables you to update a different ORG Code and/or BUNO. 5 Modify the ORG Code and/or BUNO as needed, then go to the Actions menu and select Retrieve or click Retrieve Data. The system displays a message to indicate successful action. 6 To select another DDSN to be transferred, click New and repeat steps 3 to 5. OMA/IMA Interface Management This window is prefilled with interface information concerning the current configuration at your activity. It enables you to add or delete the configuration required to connect or disconnect your Material Control work center with IMA. You can also activate and view established configurations and turn Eshadow logging on and off. Eshadow is the term used to view the interface process for troubleshooting purposes. 1 Open the Material Selection Menu (see "How to Access Material Control Subsystem" on page 495). 2 On the Material Selection Menu, click OMA/IMA Interface Management from the Table Maintenance group list and click OK.
