The names of the workers that were added appear on the Work Order Worker History dialog box. 7 Click Close to return to the Active Work Order Query window. 428 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Delete Worker/Worker Hours from a Work Order This task is part of the Add/Edit Worker Hours Update process. It enables you to delete worker and worker hours from a work order. This dialog box enables you to add, update, or delete worker information. The left side of the dialog box displays the work centers and maintenance personnel assigned to each work center. For task overview, see Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours (on page 425). 1 On the Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours window under Current Job Status, click IW. A pointer appears next to the Status entry and the names of workers involved in the maintenance action appear under the Worker Hours area. 2 Click the Add/Edit Worker/In Work Time button to display the Worker Hours box with the list of names of workers. 3 Select the worker you want to delete and click Delete. 4 Click Yes on the prompt to confirm the delete action. 5 Repeat steps 2 through 4 to delete any other worker. 6 Click OK to return to the Work Order Job Status window. The worker's name is deleted from the Work Order Worker History. Worker Hours This task is a part of the Add/Edit Worker Hours Update process. It enables you to add, update, or delete worker and worker hours on a work order. The left side of the dialog box displays the work centers and assigned maintenance personnel. Note: If there is an active work order that you previously worked on and you have not closed it yet, close it first before you add yourself to another work order. 1 Right-click your name and select Close-Out Worker. The Work Hours dialog box for the previous work order appears. 2 Click the Worker Hours field, enter the appropriate date and time, and then click OK. Chapter 5 Maintenance Subsystem 429 # To add a worker: 1 Click your name on the tree view and click Add to add your name to the Worker Hours box. 2 In the Worker Hours window, enter your Toolbox number, the appropriate Start and End Date/Time if other than the current date/time or double-click the Start and End Date fields to get the calendar to select the dates. See Start and End Dates (on page 23). Note 1: The CDI Initial can be left blank at this point by clicking OK. If the task is complete, the CDI block should be initialed by filling out the Privilege Login dialog box. Note 2: The worker hour row that has a CDI Initial cannot be updated. 3 If you are a CDI, Supervisor, or both and you want to account for your time, enter CDISUP in the Toolbox field and fill the Start and End Date/Time (see "Start and...
