Unformatted text preview: or ASR. 1 Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231). 2 On the Logset Explorer, click the Exceedance tab. 3 On the Exceedance tab, click the Create Exceedance Record button . The Exceedance [NEW] window appears with the Date/Time and Entered By fields prefilled. 4 Type the Remarks and Authorizing Signature information and click Apply. 5 Click OK. The Signatures dialog box appears. 6 If you authorized to sign for Logset entries, type your Login ID and Password in the Signatures dialog box and click OK. 7 If you are not authorized to sign, click Cancel to complete the transaction. This process adds the record to the Exceedance list with the clerk's signature on it. Chapter 4 Configuration Management and Logs & Records Subsystem 237 Duplicate Exceedance Record The Logset Explorer Exceedance tab enables you to use the attributes of an existing exceedance record to create a new one. 1 Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231). 2 On the Logset Explorer, click the Exceedance tab. 3 On the Exceedance tab, right-click the exceedance entry you want to duplicate and select Duplicate Exceedance, or select the exceedance entry and click the Duplicate Exceedance Record button . 4 On the Exceedance [DUPLICATE] dialog box, modify the Remarks and Authorizing Signature information as needed and click Apply. 5 Click OK. The Signatures dialog box appears. 6 If you authorized to sign for Logset entries, type your Login ID and Password in the Signatures dialog box and click OK. 7 If you are not authorized to sign, click Cancel to complete the transaction. This process adds the record to the exceedance list with the clerk's signature on it. Modify Exceedance Properties The Logset Explorer Exceedance tab enables you to view or modify exceedance entries as needed. It enables authorized personnel to attach the authenticating signature to the existing accurate exceedance records. 1 Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231). 2 On the Logset Explorer, click the Exceedance tab. 3 On the Exceedance tab, click the Exceedance Properties button . 4 Enter changes in the boxes as needed. 5 Click Apply and OK. The Signatures dialog box appears. 6 If you are authorized to sign for Logset entries, type your login ID in the Password Signature dialog box and click OK. 7 If you are not authorized to sign for Logset entries, click Cancel to complete the entry process.
