For procedures on generating this report, see Engine Configuration (on page 326). Engine Spare Parts The Engine Spare Parts selection on the CM Report Generator enables you to generate a report regarding all engine spare parts that exist in the database. 1 Open the CM Report Generator window (see "How to Access the CM Report Generator" on page 318). 2 On the CM Report Generator window, select Logistics on the upper left block. 3 Select Engine Spare Parts from the lower list. 4 Enter the Org code if other than the default. 5 Select Screen or Printer in the Send Report To box. 6 Click Submit to generate the report. 7 Click Reset to enter new criteria for a similar report. 8 Click Cancel to exit the process. Engine Spare Parts Report The Engine Spare Parts report displays all engine spare parts. The report provides the basic information on the engine parts, removal and installation dates, and their life usage. Common utilities and functions (Sort, Filter, Print, E-mail, Save as File) are available. Exceptions CAGE/Part Number The Exceptions CAGE/Part Number selection on the CM Report Generator enables you to generate a report regarding CAGE/Part Numbers that were not added to the database with improper baseline. 1 Open the CM Report Generator window (see "How to Access the CM Report Generator" on page 318). 2 On the CM Report Generator window, select Inventory on the upper left block. 3 Select Exceptions CAGE/Part Number from the lower list. 328 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA 4 Enter the data element if other than CAGE. 5 Select Screen or Printer in the Send Report To box. 6 Click Submit to generate the report. 7 Click Reset to enter new criteria for a similar report. 8 Click Cancel to exit the process. Exceptions CAGE/Part Number Report The Exceptions CAGE/Part Number report displays all CAGE/Part Numbers that exist in the database with improper baseline. The CAGE/Part Number should be verified to ensure that a valid combination exists and must be added to the baseline.
