The Maintenance Plan dialog box appears with the current date in the Issue Date field as the default. 3 On the Maintenance Plan dialog box, enter in the Basic Date field the date when the manual, directive, or instruction became effective. 4 On the Change Information block enter the date, number, and the change type, and then click Apply or OK. This process adds the manual, directive, or instruction to the Maintenance Plan Catalog listing. Modify a Maintenance Plan Document The Maintenance Plan Properties option on the Maintenance Plan Catalog enables you to view or modify a Maintenance Plan document. 1 Open the Maintenance Plan Catalog (see "How to Access the Maintenance Plan Catalog" on page 316). 2 On the left side, right-click the specific maintenance plan document to modify and select Maintenance Plan Properties, or go to the Edit menu and select Maintenance Plan Properties. The Maintenance Plan dialog box appears with prefilled fields. 3 On the Maintenance Plan dialog box, modify the necessary fields, click Apply and click OK. 318 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Delete a Maintenance Plan Document The Delete Maintenance Plan option on the Maintenance Plan Catalog enables you to delete a Maintenance Plan document. 1 Open the Maintenance Plan Catalog (see "How to Access the Maintenance Plan Catalog" on page 316). 2 On the left side, right-click the specific maintenance plan document to delete and select Delete Maintenance Plan, or go to the Edit menu and select Delete Maintenance Plan Properties. 3 Click Yes on the prompt to confirm the delete action. This process deletes the maintenance plan document from the database. Maintenance Plan This dialog box enables you to create or modify maintenance plan documents in the Maintenance Plan Catalog. Modify a Maintenance Plan Document (on page 317) CM Report Generator The CM Report Generator window enables you to generate Configuration Management-related reports to the screen or printer. These reports are extracted from the various explorer and catalog databases within the Configuration Management and Logs & Records Subsystem. How to Access the CM Report Generator On the NALCOMIS OMA window: 1 Click Configuration Management and Logs & Records . -orGo to the File menu, choose Open, and select Configuration Management. 2 Click CM Reports . -orGo to the File menu, choose Open, and select Report Generator.
