Transfer Online (on page 157).
Transfer Online from the Inventory or Personnel tab is based on the
response to the local environment question in the WAN Explorer. The
inventory item will be sent either by direct transfer or compressed to a
flat file for transfer by Tape/CD/E-mail. Transfer online at the Inventory
or Personnel tab changes the transfer status from Await to Ready. The
inventory item is directly transferred to the receiving site if it was
identified as part of the local environment. Otherwise, this process
moves the inventory item to the Offloaded Items tab for transfer to a
physical media or online as a flat file.
Note: If the receiving site is not compatible (at release 825.03.04.10
without patch 2 installed), an error message appears indicating that the
automatic transfer of the asset cannot occur until the selected site has
been upgraded. Contact SPAWARSYSCEN for assistance.

Explorer OUTBOX selection group and click the Offloaded Items tab, it
