Chapter 4 Configuration Management and Logs & Records Subsystem 235 2 On the Logset Retrieval window, right-click the inventory item, choose Print Logset Data, and select Item & Components. A prompt appears displaying the number of logset data items to print. 3 Follow the prompts to complete the printing process. ALSS The ALSS tab on the Logset Explorer displays configuration information for ALSS entered in the Inventory Explorer during component creation. For utilities and functions available for this tab, see Common Utilities and Functions in Explorers and Catalogs (on page 129). Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231) to view the ALSS tab. Components The Components tab on the Logset Explorer displays, from the system level, a listing of all installed components installed and their attributes on that selected system. For utilities and functions available for this tab, see Common Utilities and Functions in Explorers and Catalogs (on page 129). To view the Components tab, open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231). Custody The Custody tab on the Logset Explorer for Support Equipment displays ownership history for the selected item. Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231) to view the Custody tab. EOR The EOR tab on the Logset Explorer displays engine/equipment monthly and accumulative usage totals for each usage parameter identified for the selected engine/equipment. To view the EOR tab, Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231). 236 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Exceedance The Exceedance tab on the Logset Explorer is used to record information for selected assembly with subclass of MSR and components with subclass of ASR that have surpassed or exceeded its life limits. It enables you to create, duplicate, or delete exceedance record for selected equipment and components, or view or modify exceedance properties. For other utilities and functions available on this tab, see Common Utilities and Functions in Explorers and Catalogs (on page 129). 1 Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231). 2 On the Logset Explorer, click the Exceedance tab. 3 On the Exceedance tab, click the applicable button to create, duplicate, view, delete, or authorize exceedance entries.
