Note: If the user's account is marked 'Locked', the SA can unlock it by clicking on the Padlock icon. The unlock process enables the user to log back in using his/her current password. 2 On the Details tab, modify the Last Name, First Initial, Middle Initial, Rate/Rank, Shift, Duty Section, Type Personnel, and Assign Work Center. You can modify the Personnel Type as follows: ! from A to B or M ! from B to M ! from M to A or B Chapter 7 Personnel Subsystem 517 When modifying from type M to A or B, the system prompts you to provide Crew information to continue. 3 Click the Crew tab and add the required information. For procedures, see Personnel - Crew (on page 513). When modifying from type A or B to M, a message prompts you to provide a loss date. 4 Enter the loss date in the box that appears next to the Personnel Type box. 5 Click Save. Delete a User Account This option enables you to delete a user's account regardless of the personnel type from the database. 1 Open the user account; see Open a User Account (on page 515). 2 Click the Delete button the delete action. , then click Yes on the prompt to confirm Maintain Personnel Organization Code Assignments The Personnel - Organization Code tab enables you to add or remove ORGs on a user record. This crucial code assignment controls a user in working on other organizations that exist on the server. The SA or any other authorized personnel should take special care in assigning multiorganization to a user. For procedures, see the applicable topic listed under "In This Section." Add an Organization to a User 1 Open the user account. For procedures, see Open a User Account (on page 515). 2 Click the Organization Code tab. The Personnel - Organization Code window appears with the user's permanently assigned organization. 3 Click Add/Remove ORG. The Multi-Select - ORG Code List appears with the organizations that exist in the database. Note: The From selection box will always contain at least ten detachment organizations for SOD and in some cases, DOD detachments with different organization codes that can be added to a user. 4 Click the specific organization to add from the From box to move it to the To box.
