The Inventory Explorer Current Usage tab displays all the parameters of
the current usage for the selected inventory item. To include its subcomponents, click the Show Usage or the Subcomponents box.
When you right-click any item on the tab, a shortcut menu appears with
common utilities and functions. These selections are also available as
toolbar buttons. For procedures, see Common Utilities and Functions in
Explorers and Catalogs (on page 129).

Explorer" on page 193). 2 Click the inventory item in the tree view and select Current Usage
The inventory item and its associated usage parameters and
corresponding usage are displayed within the Current Usage window.
3 Use the Sort (on page 139) or Filter (on page 140) utility if you want

The Logset Retrieval window enables you to access an inventory item
and its logset without going through the Inventory Explorer. The
inventory item may belong to any activity that is within the group (multiORG environment) and access to this inventory item may require special
SMQ. Only items with logsets that exist in the database are listed.
The window is divided into two areas: the organization on the left side
and the organization's inventory list on the right. The list includes the
logsets that require signatures and pertinent information. The required
signatures are indicated by the icons in the first column to the right of the

On the NALCOMIS OMA window:
1 Click Configuration Management and Logs & Records . -orGo to the File menu, choose Open, and select Configuration
2 Click Logset Retrieval . -orGo to the File menu, choose Open, and select Logset Retrieval. Logset Retrieval - Procedures
The Logset Retrieval window enables you to view specific logset for a
selected inventory item, sign-off signatures requirements, and refresh
display to ensure that all records are updated.
1 Click the appropriate activity from the list for multi-ORG
environment. The inventory items that belong to that activity appear
on the right side of the window for selection. 2 If you want to view the list of logsets that require signatures only,
select the Show Signatures Required Only check box.
3 To update the records on display, right-click the logset item and click
