Add - to include a new inspection narrative ! Update - to modify an existing inspective narrative ! Delete - to erase the inspection narrative if not signed off by the CDI/QAR. Note 1: If signed by a CDI/QAR, only that person can delete the inspection by logging into the system. Note 2: Sign Off - to affix the CDI/QAR signature. This sub-option requires the CDI/QAR to enter his/her login ID and password in the Privilege Login response box. 5 Click Close to return to the Active Work Order Query window. WO Update - CDI/QAR In Process Inspection, Online Processing When you select the CDI/QAR Queue from the Online Processing menu, the Work Order Update - Basic Work Order window appears after a specific work order is selected and the Select button is chosen from the toolbar. The window contains three command buttons: Add In Process, Cancel, and Save Inspection. 1 On the Work Order Update - Basic Work Order window, click the CDI/QAR In Process Inspections tab. 2 Click the Add In Process button. A blank Description block appears to enter the inspection narrative. 3 Enter the narrative and press Tab. 4 On the Privilege Login response box, enter the CDI/QAR login ID and password, and then click OK to accept the entries. 5 Click Cancel to discontinue the process.
