Uninitiated Tasks The Uninitiated Tasks selection on the CM Report Generator enables you to generate a report listing of specific uninitiated tasks within the organizational code. 1 Open the CM Report Generator window (see "How to Access the CM Report Generator" on page 318). 2 On the CM Report Generator window, select Tasking on the upper left block. 3 Select Uninitiated Tasks from the lower list. 4 Enter the Assy Cd as an option. 5 Select a Run Selection option if other than Summarize by Assembly Code. 6 Select Screen or Printer in the Send Report To box. 7 Click Submit to generate the report. 8 Click Reset to enter new criteria for a similar report. 9 Click Cancel to exit the process. Uninitiated Tasks Report The Uninitiated Tasks Report displays a listing of all tasks that were not initiated due to their repair requirement not needed or their due time not yet been reached within the organizational code. The report provides the Assy Cd, task names, and WUC/UNS. Common utilities and functions (Sort, Filter, Print, Email, Save File) are available. For procedures, see Common Utilities and Functions in Explorers and Catalogs (on page 129). 1 To view the pages, click the arrows or move the scroll bar on the right side of the report. 2 Click Close to return to the CM Report Generator window. Uninstalled Parts The Uninstalled Parts selection on the CM Report Generator enables you to generate a report on all or specific uninstalled tracked parts based on CAGE/Part Number. 1 Open the CM Report Generator window (see "How to Access the CM Report Generator" on page 318). 2 On the CM Report Generator window, select Logistics on the upper left block. Chapter 4 Configuration Management and Logs & Records Subsystem 339 3 Select Uninstalled Parts from the lower list. 4 Enter the specific CAGE/Part Number or leave the field blank to select all. 5 Select Screen or Printer in the Send Report To box. 6 Click Submit to generate the report. 7 Click Reset to enter new criteria for a similar report. 8 Click Cancel to exit the process. Uninstalled Parts Report The Uninstalled Parts report displays all or specific uninstalled tracked parts based on CAGE/Part Number combination that are currently shown on the PRIMARY or OUTBOX group selection of the Inventory Explorer. The report provides the basic information on the part (CAGE, Part Number, Nomenclature, Serial Number, WUC/UNS), its scheduled expenditures, and remaining time. Common utilities and functions (Sort, Filter, Print, E-mail, Save as File) are available.
