For task overview, see Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours (on page 425). In the Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours window under Current Job Status, the current job status M1-M8 is the default. 1 Click Add/Edit Worker/In Work Time. The Worker dialog box appears. 2 For procedures on the Worker dialog box, see Worker Hours (on page 428). 3 Click OK to save the changes and return to the Work Order Update Job Status/Worker Hours window. Add Job Status on a Work Order This task enables you to add a job status code (M1-M8) to replace the previous one. By default, a work order is assigned an M3 status after initiation. This status may be changed if the discrepancy affects SCIR computation. For task overview, see Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours (on page 425). 1 On the Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours window, click Add Job Status. 2 On the Add/Edit Job Status dialog box, enter the appropriate job status and date. 3 Click OK to save the new job status and return to the Active Work Order Query window. However, you cannot delete the first job status item (Received Job Status). For task overview, see Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours (on page 425). 1 Under Current Job Status on the Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours window, click the specific job status you want to delete and click Delete Job Status. 2 Click Yes on the prompt to confirm the delete action and return to the Active Work Order Query window. Add/Update Worker/Worker Hours on a Work Order This task enables you to add or edit worker hours information. This process automatically places the work order into an In-Work (IW) status. For task overview, see Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours (on page 425). 1 On the Work Order Update - Job Status/Worker Hours window, click the Add/Edit Worker/In Work Time button to display the Worker Hours window. 2 Select the worker on the tree view and click Add to add the name to the Worker Hours box. 3 On the Worker Hours box, enter Toolbox and Start Date/Time information.
