Type your user ID and password and click OK. 7 Selecting Y or N displays the Discrepancy Query prompt. 8 Selecting Y on the Discrepancy Query prompt opens the Unscheduled Maintenance - Flight dialog box. For more information, see Unscheduled Maintenance - Flight (on page 89). 9 Selecting N on the Discrepancy Query prompt starts updating the flight document. 10 To change the status of a SHARP/FIST flight document, select a flight document with status indicator of 2, and then click Save. The Saving Flight Document prompt appears. 11 This process changes the status indicator of a flight document created from a SHARP/FIST activity from 2 to 1 and updates aircraft usage and aircrew history records simultaneously. 12 To print the flight document, click Print. -orGo to the File menu and select Print. 13 Click the Select a Current Document by Specific Modex/Name button to view another current flight document, or Close to return to the previous window. Select a Current Document by Specific Modex/Name This dialog box enables you to select a current flight document that has not yet been approved, by Modex or aircrew name. 1 Enter the Modex or aircrew name and click OK. 2 Double-click the specific flight document to select it. The Flight Document - Aircraft window appears. 3 Follow procedures described in Modify a Current Flight Document (on page 91). Select a Cancelled Current Flight Document This dialog box enables you to select from a list a cancelled flight document to process. 1 Double-click the specific flight document to select it. The Flight Document - Aircraft window appears. 2 Follow procedures described in Modify a Current Flight Document (on page 91). Select Any Current Flight Document This dialog box enables you to view, modify, or delete any current flight document that has not yet been approved. This includes flight documents with status indicator of 2 that has not been fully validated and comes from external sources such as a SHARP/FIST activity. 1 Double-click the flight document to select it. Select a Current Away/Simulator Flight Document This dialog box enables you to modify current flight documents involving away from home situations or simulator flights. These current flights are flights that have not yet been approved.
