Unformatted text preview: ts related to aircraft, SE, ALSS, or MME. 1 Open the specific VED (see "Open a VED" on page 342). 2 To generate reports on aircraft, right-click the aircraft icon or the Modex or BUNO entry for the aircraft on the Aircraft VED. 3 To generate reports on SE, ALSS, or MME items, click the applicable button (SE Processing Processing , ALSS Processing , or MME ) to display the VED. 4 Right-click the item icon or the Serno entry for the item, and select Reports and the report type. For procedures on the reports, see the applicable topic listed under "In This Section." 396 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Aircraft Daily Status The Aircraft Daily Status Report can be generated only from the Aircraft VED. The Aircraft Daily Status dialog box enables you to generate reports containing data on each BUNO assigned to your organization. The date defaults to the current date to ensure that users are viewing or generating the current data. The dates can be modified to view the number of flight hours and number of sorties completed during a specified date range. This window appears when you right-click a Modex on the Aircraft VED, choose Reports, and select Aircraft Daily Status. 1 Open the Aircraft VED (see "Open a VED" on page 342). 2 On the Aircraft VED, right-click the specific aircraft, choose Reports, and select Aircraft Daily Status. 3 Modify the Start Date and End Date, or double-click the Start Date field to display the Calendar (on page 21) to select the dates. 4 Select Screen or Printer, or select both in the Report To box. 5 Click OK to generate the NALCOMIS OMA Aircraft Daily Status Report. 6 To save the displayed report to a file, click . 7 If you click Cancel, the system returns to the Aircraft VED. Aircraft Daily Status Report This report displays relevant data on the current status of aircraft assigned to the organization, based solely on the SCIR coded work orders. It reflects the material readiness, flight information, and maintenance requirements. This report contains the dates of last flights, totals of all outstanding work orders and their status and assigned work centers, and material requisitions and their assigned DDSNs. 1 To view pages of the report, click the arrow buttons on top of the display. 2 To generate another Aircraft Daily Status Report, click the Report Selection button Daily Status. and follow the procedures described in Aircraft 3 Click Close to return to the Aircraft VED. Chapter 5 Maintenance Subsystem 397 Aircraft Material Status The Aircraft Material Status Report can be generated only from the Aircraft VED. The Aircraft Material Status box enables you to generate a listing of a specific or all aircraft material requisitions, their types, status, sort, and application.
