Create Misc History Create Repair/Rework Create Svc Period Misc History Properties Repair/Rework Properties Displays the Misc History, Repair/Rework Record, or Service Period properties dialog box to modify records entries for each respective tab. Svc Period Properties Displays the Misc History, Repair/Rework, or Svc Period dialog box to delete record entries for each respective tab. Delete Misc History Delete Repair/Rework Delete Svc Period Duplicate Misc History Duplicate Repair/Rework Displays the Misc History or Repair/Rework dialog box to duplicate the attributes of previously entered data in each respective tab. Logset Explorer - Procedures The Logset Explorer enables you to view and print logset data and to process logsets requiring signatures. When you right-click an item, a shortcut menu appears with the following selections: Required Signatures Displays the Logset Signatures Required window. Print Logset Data Prints logset data for the item, or for the item and its components. 234 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Also, when you right-click an item in the tree view, a shortcut menu appears with utilities and functions. Required Signatures The Required Signatures option on the Logset Explorer enables you to view and process the authentication of significant logset entries. 1 Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231). 2 On the Logset Explorer, right-click the selected inventory item and select Required Signatures. The Logset Signatures Required window appears. It contains all logset entries that require signatures. 3 On the Logset Signatures Required window, double-click the logset item to be processed or right-click it and select Authenticate. The Selected Log Type Record (MISC or Repair/Rework) appears with its full description. 4 Click OK. 5 On the Password Verification response box, type your Login and Password and click OK. This process attaches the authenticating signature to the specific logset tab. Logset Signatures Required This window enables you to view the logset and the log tab types that require authenticating signatures for replication. These log types may be records of Rework, Miscellaneous, or Exceedance. For procedures, see Required Signatures (on page 234). Print Logset Data The Logset Explorer enables you to print the item logset data, or the data and its related components. # To print the logset data for the item only: 1 Open the Logset Explorer (see "How to Access the Logset Explorer" on page 231). 2 On the Logset Retrieval window, right-click the inventory item, choose Print Logset Data, and select Item. 3 Follow...
