Follow procedures described in Report Selection button Individual Master Roster (on page 123). 4 Click Close to return to the previous window. 124 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA A/C Landing Code and MSN Summary The Flight Subsystem enables you to generate Aircraft Landing and MSN Summary reports for a specific, multiple, or all aircraft assigned to your ORG. # To generate Aircraft Landing and MSN Summary reports: 1 Open the Scheduler or Flight Document (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 On the Scheduler or Flight Document window, go to the Reports menu, choose A/C Landing Code, and select MSN Summary. 3 To generate the report for a specific aircraft, select Modex from the list and click OK. 4 To generate the report for multiple aircraft, press the Ctrl key and click each applicable aircraft, and then click OK. 5 To generate the report for all aircraft, skip the selection and click OK. 6 Type the start and end dates in DD MMM YYYY format if other than the current date, or double-click the Start Date box to display the calendar. See Start and End Dates (on page 23). 7 Select Aircraft, Simulator or Both from the Selection list. 8 Check Screen or Printer, or check both in the Report To box. 9 Click OK. The system generates the NALCOMIS OMA A/C Landing Code and MSN Summary Report. A/C Landing Code and MSN Summary Report This report reflects the aircraft's day and night landing counts per landing codes based on the missions performed. The report also shows the flight hours performed by mission codes and the total of flight hours for within the selected inclusive dates. The report is sorted by aircraft serial number when multiple or all aircraft is the selected option, 1 Use the scroll page buttons to select an option from the Page menu to view the pages. See Scroll Page Tips (on page 23). 2 Click Print to print the report. 3 To generate another A/C Landing Code and MSN Summary Report, . For procedures, see A/C click the Report Selection button Landing Code and MSN Summary (on page 124). 4 Click Close to return to the previous window. Chapter 3 Flight Subsystem 125 Completed Documents by Aircraft The Flight Subsystem enables you to generate Completed Documents by Aircraft reports for specific, multiple, or all aircraft assigned to your ORG. 1 Open the Scheduler or Flight Document (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 On the Scheduler or Flight Document window, go to the Reports menu and select Completed Documents by Aircraft. 3 To generate the report for a specific aircraft, click the Modex from the list and click OK. 4 To generate the report for multiple aircraft, press the Ctrl key and click each applicable Modex, and then click OK. 5 To generate the report for all aircraft, skip the selection and click OK. 6 Type the start and end dates in DD MMM YYYY format if other than the current date, or double-click the Start Date field to display the calendar.
