Unformatted text preview: ts tab enables you to view or print the last ten Asheets created for a specified aircraft. The tab displays the configuration (ordnance and special equipment), the signatures of personnel involved in its creation (plane captain, maintenance control, and pilot-in-command), and the dates for the last ten A-sheets. For more information, see Acceptance for Flight Tab (on page 363). Daily Maintenance Record This sub tab on the Acceptance for Flight tab on the ADB enables you to sign off each completed MRC. The sub tab consists of all MRC cards that pertain to the Daily Inspection of a specific type aircraft, the MRC numbers, and the work centers responsible for completing them. Turnaround Maintenance Record This sub tab on the Acceptance for Flight tab on the ADB enables you to sign off each completed turnaround MRC. The sub tab consists of all MRC cards that pertain to the Turnaround Inspection of a specific type aircraft, the MRC numbers, and work centers responsible for completing them. For procedures, see Daily/Turnaround Maintenance Record Procedures (on page 366). Daily/Turnaround Maintenance Record Procedures These procedures enable the Plane Captain and work center personnel to sign off the completed MRC pertaining to the Daily or Turnaround Inspection for specific aircraft. The procedures also apply to completing an MRC when a discrepancy is discovered during its performance. # To complete an MRC without Discrepancy: 1 Click the MRC for your respective work center and click the Worker Sign Off button on the upper right side of the tab. However, if you are performing multiple MRCs for your work center, press the Ctrl or Shift key and click in the Toolbox field for each MRC and then click Worker Sign Off. 2 On the Daily/Turnaround Card Sign Off dialog box, type your toolbox number and signature and then click OK. 3 On the Privilege Login dialog box, type your user ID and password, and then click OK. 4 Once all the MRCs are signed off, the Maint Ctrl Sig field becomes available for the Maintenance Control Manager's signature. # To complete an MRC with Discrepancy: 1 Click the blank Discrepancy field of the corresponding MRC to make it available for entry. If the discrepancy has been corrected, click the Corrected checkbox, and then sign it off. 2 Type a brief narrative of the discrepancy and click OK. For procedures, see Unscheduled Maintenance (on page 447). # To delete a Completed MRC either with or without Discrepancy: 1 Click the signed MRC # that you want to delete and then click Undo Sign Off. The Daily/Turnaround Card Sign Off response box appears with a blank Worker's Signature field and command buttons: OK, Cancel, and Apply. 2 Enter the worker's login ID and click OK. The Privilege Login response box appears with a blank Password field. 3 Enter the worker's password and then click OK (deletes the signature and/or any entry in the discrepancy field) or...
