It appears when you go to the Actions menu and select Extract Flight Documents from the Flight Document Approval menu in the Flight Subsystem. For procedures, see Extract Flight Documents (on page 112). Query Aircraft, Simulator, Aircrew History, and Weapons History The Queries option on the Flight Subsystem main menu enables you to query aircraft, simulator, aircrew history, and weapons history. You can access the Queries menu from both the Scheduler and Flight Document windows. Note: In a multi-organization environment, an activity can query another activity if authorization is granted. For more information, see Maintain Personnel Organization Code Assignments. For procedures, see the applicable topic listed under "In This Section." Aircraft (AMR) Query This window enables you to view or print AMR (Aircraft Master Records) for all aircraft in your reporting custody. It displays the current status and engine configuration for each aircraft. The Status column displays 'Detached' when the aircraft is located in any of the inventory folders or selection groups (INBOX and OUTBOX) other than PRIMARY. 'Detached' does not mean detachment. # To view or print Aircraft Master Records: 1 Open the Scheduler or Flight Documen (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60)t. 2 On the Scheduler or Flight Document window, go to the Queries menu and select Aircraft (AMR). 3 On the Aircraft (AMR) Query window, use the arrow buttons to view the pages. See Scroll Page Tips (on page 23). 4 Click Print to print. 5 Click Close to return to the previous window. Chapter 3 Flight Subsystem 115 Simulator (SMR) Query This window enables you to view or print simulator records in your reporting custody. It displays current status and engine configuration for each aircraft. 1 Open the Scheduler or Flight Document (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 On the Scheduler or Flight Document window, go to the Queries menu and select Simulator (SMR). 3 On the Simulator (SMR) Query window, use the arrow buttons to view the pages. See Scroll Page Tips (on page 23). 4 Click Print to print. 5 Click Close to return to the previous window. Individual Aircrew History Query This window enables you to view the flight activity history of an aircrew based on the selected aircraft TEC. It displays the expiration date of each required flight qualification, the number of flight hours, approaches, and all day and night landings by type and the totals. One command button is available: Retrieve: Displays the individual aircrew history data. 1 Open the Scheduler or Flight Document (see "How to Access the Flight Subsystem" on page 60). 2 On the Scheduler or Flight Document window, go to the Queries menu and select Individual Aircrew History. 3 On the Individual Aircrew History Query window, enter the aircrew on the Name field. 4 When yo...
