The applicable Active Work Order Query or Historical Work Order Query window appears listing the work orders. 3 Click on the specific work order in the list and click Print. -orGo to the File menu and select Print Work Order. The Print Work Order dialog box appears with the MCN and JCN boxes unavailable. If you did not select a work order from the list, the MCN and JCN boxes become available. In this case, you must type a known MCN and JCN in the MCN and JCN boxes. If you clicked OK without filling the data boxes, the system prompts you to enter the data before you can continue. 4 Under Reports, select sections of the work order check boxes or select the Select All check box and click OK. The Print box appears with the General tab as the default. Note: If a section of the work order is not available, a message appears to alert you that the selected section does not meet the search request. 5 Click Print or Cancel. A Messenger Service prompt box appears. Click OK. The system prints the selected sections and returns to the Active Work Order Query or Historical Work Order Query window, as applicable. In the Material Control Subsystem The system enables you to select and print one or all sections of a selected work order. This process enables you to print only one work order at a time. 1 Open the Material Selection Menu (see "How to Access Material Control Subsystem" on page 495). Chapter 5 Maintenance Subsystem 493 2 On the Material Selection Menu, click Print Work Order in the Print group list and click OK. The Print Work Order dialog box appears. 3 Type the MCN and JCN in the MCN and JCN boxes. 4 If you clicked OK without filling the data boxes, the system prompts you to enter the data before you can continue. 5 Under Reports, select sections of the work order check boxes or select the Select All check box and click OK. Mass Job Status This dialog box enables you to change simultaneously the Job Status codes (M1-M8) on a group of active work orders for all or a specific BUNO/Serno and work centers. This change is made when any of the Awaiting Maintenance reasons change due to special circumstances or situations. For instance, when one or all aircraft are moved from a maintenance location to another due to a special event, the current job status is changed to M2.
