Unformatted text preview: se When a detachment is created and offloaded, many processes take place. One of these processes during the detachment build is the database dump that the system automatically runs. When the database dump fails, a message gives you the option to run the Dump Database process or recreate a detachment. If the automatic database dump fails during offload, run the Dump Database process. The Dump Database process is only used on the squadron server and should NOT be confused with the System Dump. 1 Open the Group Explorer (see "How to Access the Group Explorer" on page 151). 2 Right-click the disconnected detachment, choose Detachment Functions, and select Dump Database. 3 Respond to the Messenger Service prompts accordingly from start to finish. For more information, see Disconnected Detachment (on page 160). Check Detachment Queue From the Group Explorer, you can right-click on the detachment and select Check Detachment Queue. This option enables you to view or print the documents (work orders, flight documents, and logsets) that have signature requirements. This report captures the same documents on the Detachment Queue - Outstanding dialog box. This report, which relates to the work orders, flight documents, and aircrew documents, is crucial to the successful movement of the detachment to a remote site. This option helps with the expeditious completion of documents, particularly with work orders, before deploying a disconnected detachment. 1 Open the Group Explorer (see "How to Access the Group Explorer" on page 151). 2 Right-click the detachment, choose Detachment Functions, and select Check Detachment Queue. 3 The Detachment Queue - Outstanding dialog box appears. For more information, see Detachment Queue - Outstanding (on page 192). 4 Click the document tab that you want to review; a list of documents appears at the lower portion of the box. 5 Click Print to print a list of the selected documents. For more information, see Deploy a Disconnected Detachment (on page 165). 168 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Load Procedures to DMS The SA or any other authorized personnel performs the load function on the detachment or squadron (home guard) DMS.
