The Personnel Subsystem displays the following toolbar buttons:
Toolbar Button/Menu Option Action Search Displays the Personnel Query window to
locate specific personnel. 512 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Toolbar Button/Menu Option Action Add Personnel Clears the Details tab fields to enter data for
new personnel. Delete Deletes personnel information. Recommended SMQs/Task Codes Sets the recommended/standard SMQs or task
codes and SMQ assignments. Command Buttons - Personnel Subsystem
Command Button Action Add/Remove SMQ Displays the Multi-Select - SMQ Code List. Add/Remove WC Displays the Multi-Select - WC Code List. Add/Remove ORG Displays the Multi-Select - ORG Code List Modify Approach Displays the History Table - Approach dialog box. Modify Landing Displays the History Table - Landings dialog box. Modify Training Displays the History Table - Training dialog box. Add All Adds all items from one column to another. Remove All Removes all items from one column to another. Personnel Information
The Personnel Information window is the default window in the
Personnel Subsystem. When accessed, the window displays the Details
tab and a blank NALCOMIS OMA User Account form. It enables you to
view your organization as well as other organizations in a multiorganization environment. It enables you to establish personnel accounts
and to modify or delete personnel and their types. It also enables you to
maintain personnel SMQ assignments, work center and organization
assignments, and history.

The Personnel Subsystem displays the following tabs on the Personnel Information window. The tabs display pertinent information on selected

The Details tab displays the NALCOMIS OMA User Account
information on the selected user. This tab enables you to add, modify, or
delete the user account.
In the event that the user has made three erroneous attempts to logon to
the NALCOMIS OMA application, he/she will be locked out by the
system. The Title, NALCOMIS OMA User Account, will contain two
words, 'is locked' in red; this is a security process to prevent
unauthorized personnel access to the system. However, if the user is
authorized and has just erroneously entered the wrong password, he/she
must contact the SA who can reset the password.

The Personnel - SMQ/WC tab displays the SMQs and work centers
assigned to a user. It contains two buttons that enable you to assign or
