The modified scheduled expenditure becomes the new baseline to which the next inspection due time will be based on. Task Plan Properties This dialog box appears when you click the Task Plan Properties button on the Inventory Explorer. For procedures, see Modify Task Plan Properties (on page 225). Task Plan This dialog box enables you to enter changes to the Deadline Date and Scheduled Expenditure fields of a selected task plan. For procedures, see Modify Task Plan Properties (on page 225). Complete Task Plan Step The Complete Task Plan Step option from the Inventory Explorer Task Plans tab enables you to complete a task plan step (phase inspection) on a selected inventory item without using the work orders. Normally, WOs are used to complete a planned task. However, to expedite processing as in backfitting or implementation mode, it is necessary to complete those past inspections to get to the appropriate inspection schedule. 1 Open the Inventory Explorer (see "How to Access the Inventory Explorer" on page 193). 2 Select the inventory item in the tree view and click the Task Plans tab. 3 Right-click the specific task plan and select Complete Task Plan Step or click the Complete Task Plan Step button . 226 User Guide Optimized NALCOMIS OMA Note: If the task in the lower portion of the window were not yet completed, the message would appear and prompt you to first complete all ACTV tasks before completing the Task Plan steps. # To complete the active task: 1 In the lower area of the Tasks tab, right-click the entry and select Next Task Status, or select the entry and click the Next Task Status button . 2 On the Password Verification box, type your user ID and password and click OK. This step changes the task status to COMPLETE and makes the Plan Status on the Task Plan ACTV. This process completes the task plan and sets up the next phase that becomes due. Suspend Task Plan Step The Suspend Task Plan Step option on the Inventory Explorer Task Plans tab enables you to suspend an active task plan on a selected inventory item. 1 Open the Inventory Explorer (see "How to Access the Inventory Explorer" on page 193). 2 Select the inventory item in the tree view and click the Task Plans tab. 3 Right-click the specific task plan and select Suspend Task Plan or click the Suspend Task Plan Step button . The system automatically sets the task plan step if in Suspend mode and displays SUSPEND in both the upper and lower areas of the window under the Plan Status and Status columns, respectively.
