Life Limited Report The Life Limited Report reflects all ASR, SRC, HER, and MSR items installed on the aircraft with information on their removal date/counts, similar to the Component Removal Due Report. For procedures on generating the report, see Report Generator (on page 178). Outstanding Requisitions Report The Outstanding Requisition Report reflects all material requisitions still outstanding against the inventory item being transferred. For procedures on generating the report, see Report Generator (on page 178). Chapter 4 Configuration Management and Logs & Records Subsystem 179 Scheduled Inspections Report The Scheduled Inspections Report reflects the current inspections and their due dates/times. For procedures on generating the report, see Report Generator (on page 178). Load Items Received from Other Site From the Group Explorer, you can go to the INBOX selection group and select Load Items. This option enables you to load the inventory item (aircraft, equipment, component, or personnel) received by your organization from a remote site to your database using the drag and drop (on page 21) method. You can also click the Load Items button from the INBOX selection group to the PRIMARY selection group. 1 Open the Group Explorer (see "How to Access the Group Explorer" on page 151). 2 Click the INBOX selection group. 3 Click the respective tab (Incoming Inventory or Incoming Personnel) of the INBOX selection group. A list of received items with source information appears. 4 Select the items that you want to load to the database using the drag and drop (on page 21) method, or click the Load Items button or right-click the item and select Load Items. , A series of Messenger Prompts appear stating that the load process has started, that data is restored, and that the transfer is complete. 5 Click OK at each prompt. 6 Click PRIMARY selection group and the respective tab to verify that the load process was successful and that the PRIMARY selection group has the inventory item and the inventory item no longer appears in the INBOX tabs. 7 Right-click the aircraft, assembly, or component and select Inventory Explorer to view the attributes. To view the personnel, use Personnel Subsystem for maintenance type or Flight subsystem for aircrew type personnel. Group The Group dialog box enables you to create or modify the inventory folders (SE, ALSS, and MME). The group attributes are modifiable. For procedures, see the following topics: !
